Damon has completed a lease transaction for a 2300-square foot retail property located in a strip shopping center at 74 Echo Avenue in Miller Place, NY. Mr. Damon, who represented the landlord, secured the Hospital Employees Federal Credit Union as a tenant. It is a second location for the credit union, which is maintaining its main offices on the grounds of St. CharlesHospital in Port Jefferson, NY. The site, which the credit union is currently renovating, had formerly been used by a bank. Prudential Commercial Real Estate was the exclusive broker for the space with Managing Director David Madigan serving as the listing agent. Mr. Damon noted a longstanding relationship with the landlord and his role brokering other leases within the Miller Place shopping center. 

Mr. Damon brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate with specializations in medical and office leasing, sales and development opportunities. Recently, he has expanded his role, serving clients within the investment arena. His industry acumen, drive and ongoing commitment to meeting client needs gained Mr. Damon industry recognition as one of the region’s top brokers.
